1.niche of your website/blog:
niche is one of the most inportant thing that can affect cpc. a right niche will help you to make a big jump in income. all entertainment blogs/websites will have cpc from 0.01$ to 0.2$ generally , but tech blogs have cpc around 0.3 in most cases.
2.traffic

5.some people also say that using a lesser number of ads on website will show increase in cpc, whereas some people say that ad which comes first in html coding have higher priority
